Katie Price has reportedly claimed that she had “no idea” she was due in court this week – after a judge slammed her for jetting off on holidays.
The former glamour model was due to appear in court over an alleged altercation with her ex-husband’s girlfriend – but was in Thailand with her new beau, Kris Boyson.
A source told The Sun Online: “She had no idea she was supposed to be in court that day.”
Katie is facing two separate charges for using threatening words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
The alleged row happened outside her children’s primary school back in September.
Another insider insisted the 40-year-old is not worried, they said: “Katie is very relaxed about the whole thing.”
“She’s told friends that ‘they can’t put me away for swearing’ and says she’ll sort it out when she gets back from Thailand.”
The mother-of-five is reportedly due to return to the courts on 20th March.
