Thalia Heffernan always looks unbelievable but she’s been working extra hard in the gym lately and has enviable abs to prove it!
They say ‘abs are made in the kitchen’ and the model has been sharing delicious recipes on her plant-based food blog, Grassroots, lately that we’ll have to try if she’s seeing results like this from them.
