Ryan Tubridy has said he would prefer woman to approach men for a date.
Speaking on his 2fm show this morning he was discussing how difficult it must be for women to approach famous men but stated: “I’d like that. That’s equality.”
The Late Late Show presenter made reference to Gillian Anderson who approached a man in the cinema who she shared a joke with and the pair ended up dating for several months.

The broadcaster recently split from long term girlfiend Aoibhinn NÃ Shuilleabhain and has always remained tight lipped about his love life.
The 41-year-old dated the former Rose Of Tralee for four years and managed to keep their relationship concealed from the limelight.
