Des Bishop has revealed that he has joined social media platform Snapchat – admitting he’s getting used to the “madness” of it.
The funny man signed up to the popular app after not getting it “for ages”, under the username: @desbuffer.
“I’m strung out on Snapchat, I didn’t get it for ages… I’m following some people, but the following is tough because there’s no pictures – it’s all madness,” he said.

Speaking to The Nicky Byrne Show on 2FM, the New Yorker admitted the new social media phenomenon can be dangerous.
“People can screenshot them, so just be careful – Snapchat is known to be a marriage breaker, just so ya know,” he warned.
Screenshot woes aside, the 40-year-old insisted that he’s been using the app to test out some new material.

“It’s good for being funny really quick, like I’ve actually started doing little bits of material… you can just be really silly on it,” he added.
Meanwhile, the RTE star previously opened up about filming his documentary in China, admitting he only earned €180 month from his job as a “welcomer”.
