Naomi Campbell has revealed why she said yes to the chance to become the face of Newbridge Silverware.
The English supermodel will front the iconic brand for the next two years and she told Goss.ie that she was extremely impressed by the Irish company.
“I love the history of Newbridge. I heard they have an exhibition with Michael Jackson’s glove, Marilyn Monroe’s dress, I just love the history,” she said.
“I love the workmanship and the craftsmanship of the designs. I didn’t know there was so may different areas and things that they do.”
Meanwhile, the 45-year-old also discussed her time living in Dublin several years back and admitted that she made “great friends” in the city.
“I loved living here, I have great friends here. I always had a great time, the Irish are very welcoming and they always made me feel at home, and I love the pubs,” she told Goss.ie.
“The city has changed so much and it’s grown so much since I’ve been here.”
