Carrie Underwood’s face has healed beautifully after a hard fall last year required the singer to get forty stitches.
The artist had warned fans she “might look different” after the accident in November but she looks no worse for it in her new music video.
Her Cry Pretty video is the first she has released since the accident and the lyrics may be an insight into how the incident made her feel.
The chorus goes, “You can pretty lie and say it’s okay. You can pretty smile and just walk away. Pretty much fake your way through anything. But you can’t cry pretty”
