Khloe Kardashian celebrated the upcoming arrival of her and Tristan Thompson’s baby girl with a host of her famous family and friends this weekend.
According to E! News, the extravagant pink bash, planned by Mindy Weiss, was held in the Grand Ballroom at the Hotel Bel Air in Los Angeles.
“They went all out for the shower with no expense spared and it’s turned out to be stunning and gorgeous,” a source said.
“The shower is very pink with thousands of pink flowers everywhere,” the insider continued, “including hundreds of stems hanging from the ceiling that create an amazing first impression as guests walk in.”
“There are pink roses and hydrangeas everywhere, it’s like an amazing pink garden with floor to ceiling flowers.”
In one Instagram snap, a neon pink sign that said “Baby Thompson” hung above hundreds of pink balloons at the party.
After the party, Khloe took to Instagram to thank people for coming, and revealed that she had partnered with Amazon for her baby shower.
“Had the most unbelievable baby shower – we felt so much love! #ad So grateful to be surrounded by a beautiful support system. And special thank you to @Amazon for helping me bring it all together! More pictures to come! #AllOnAmazon #AmazonBabyRegistry.”
Attendees included all of Khloe’s famous sisters, her mom Kris Jenner, as well as Larsa Pippen, jeweler Lorraine Schwartz, eyebrow queen Anastasia, Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak-Biermann, and many more.
A source also told E! News that Khloe’s baby daddy Tristan attended the event about an hour after it started.
“Tristan was there to support Khloe and she was so happy. They looked very much in love. You could truly tell that Tristan is very much in love with her by the way he was by her side today.”
During the baby shower, Khloe’s mom Kris gave a toast, saying, “We are here today to celebrate Khloe. On a lighter note, I was here almost 40 years ago almost to the day for my shower for my wedding shower to Robert Kardashian.”
“I’ve also probably had a couple of baby showers,” she said, before joking, “And a couple of wedding nights.”
The incredible floral arrangements, which included shrubbery in the form of baby elephants, were created by Jeff Leatham, the artistic director of the Four Seasons Hotels.
There was also a photo booth and Amazon Baby Registry set up at a table with Khloe’s favourite children’s books, where her family and friends could write notes to her baby girl inside of.
