Jennifer Lopez is talking marriage with Alex Rodriguez.
The singer and actress spoke to Harper’s Bazaar’s about dating the professional baseball player.
When asked about believing in marriage again, Jennifer said, “I do believe in marriage, and I would love to grow old with somebody in a committed relationship.
“But I’m not forcing anything right now. It’s good, it’s healthy and we communicate well. We understand each other’s lives in a way that most other people couldn’t.”
The pair, who have been dating for over a year, are not shy when it comes to showing public affection for one another via social media.
Jennifer spoke about how herself and Alex both entered the entertainment industry at a young age, and that’s one of the reasons why they understand each other the way that they do.
Jennifer shared, “We both entered the public eye in our early 20s and overachieved right from the start. And that affects every dynamic in your life, from your family to your work to your relationships.”
Alex, who shares two children Natasha and Ella with his ex-wife Cynthia Scurtis, has a great relationship with Jennifer’s twins Emme and Max from her previous marriage to Mark Anthony.
