Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston both attended the Golden Globes in L.A this weekend.
The pair, who divorced in 2005 after five years of marriage were on track for an emotional reunion after Jennifer was spotted gazing adorably at Brad as he gave an acceptance speech at the award ceremony.
It was also reported that pair had attended the same after party, leaving fans hopeful they could rekindle their romance.

However, a source close to the pair has said that the ex-couple are “just friends” following their brief reunion.
The source told TMZ that although they did say hi to each other, there was nothing further to it.
“They did exchange greetings and pleasantries at the after-party they both attended, but that’s about it.”
The publication was told the couple do not hang out outside of these “rare settings” and there’s “simply nothing romantic going on between them.”
Jennifer looked on adoringly as Brad accepted a Golden Globe for Best Actor.
During his speech he joked about not bringing a date, wanting to bring his mother along but joked that he feared the press would label them as “dating.”
Brad married Angelina Jolie in 2014 after almost 10 years of dating before divorcing in 2016.
Jennifer also moved on and married Justin Theroux in 2015 before splitting two-and-a-half years later in 2017.
