Chris Pratt has broken his silence on his divorce from Anna Faris.
The actors announced they were separating in 2017 after eight years of marriage, the pair also share custody of their son Jack.
While Anna has publicly spoken out about their divorce, this is the first time Chris has.
“Divorce sucks, but at the end of the day, we’ve got a great kid who’s got two parents who love him very much,” Chris told Entertainment Tonight.
The actor admits while the pair are still finding a way to navigate the divorce, while still remaining friends and being kind to one another, Chris said, “It’s not ideal, but yeah, I think both of us are actually probably doing better”.
According to E! Both actors are seeking joint custody of Jack.
“He’s surrounded by so much love, We constantly reinforce what a great kid he is.” Anna said.
“Ultimately, the key is surrounding him with a lot of joy and happiness, which he has a ton of,” Anna added.
