Caitlyn Jenner has reportedly left herself open to be sued for millions of dollars by her own family.
The legal action could be taken by momager Kris Jenner after Caitlyn discussed their famous family on I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here.
Caitlyn reportedly signed a gagging order during the early days of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
The document was drawn up for Kris Jenner and Ryan Seacrest to prevent Caitlyn from sharing any secrets about the family.
According to The Daily Star on Sunday newspaper, Caitlyn could now be sued for as much as $4m by ex-wife Kris and KUWTK TV bosses.
“This contract was handed to all participants in the show and means that Caitlyn could be in hot water,” an insider told the publication.
“Kris and Khloe are tight and the contracts that she signed were designed to keep inner secrets about the family a secret and protect the show.”
“Technically this could pose legal dramas for Caitlyn. Talking about the family, connected to the show, is a grey area.”
Caitlyn claimed on the show this week that she has not spoken to Khloe in six years after she began her male to female gender reassignment.
