Spice Girl band member Mel B has been rushed to hospital after losing her vision in one eye.
A source told The Irish Sun that the singer presented herself at London’s Moorfields Eye Hospital in a lot of pain.
Scary Spice arrived wearing an eyepatch and said:”I can’t see anything — I am in pain.”
The singer was transferred to Luton and Dunstable Hospital’s ophthalmology department, and following her trip there, she was able to regain her sight.
According to the source, she left the hospital early, against doctor’s orders, in order to rehearse for the upcoming Spice Girls World Tour.
“Mel was frantic and screaming that she couldn’t see a thing,” the source alleged.
“She went to the hospital in a chauffeur driven car with an assistant, who was holding her hand.
“No one knew what brought it on but she had very swift, and very good, treatment.”
The Spice Girls Tour kicks off in Dublin next Friday, where the girls will perform in Croke Park.
