Cheryl is finally set to move out of Liam Payne’s mansion, three months after announcing their split.

The former X Factor judge has continued to live at the One Direction star’s mansion with their son Bear in recent months, however, it looks like Cheryl is officially ready to move on.

According to the Daily Star on Sunday, Cheryl has been house hunting in High Barnet, North London – and she’s got her eye on a lavish house worth a cool £3.75 million.

The four-bedroom mansion in Monken Hadley boasts a swimming pool and tennis court, and is close to her best friend and former Girls Aloud bandmate Kimberley Walsh.

A source told the newspaper: “Liam originally moved out of his Surrey mansion and into his bachelor pad in London so as to not upset Bear’s routine. But that solution was only temporary.”

“Cheryl is ready to move on and start a new life with Bear in north London as soon as she finds the right house.”

The news comes amid reports that Cheryl’s comeback song will be all about her split from Liam, and how she’s always been a “sucker” for love.
