Jane Moore has announced her shock split from her husband after 20 years.
The Loose Women star married Gary Farrow back in 2002.
The former couple shared two children – Ellie and Grace, and Jane is also step-mum to Gary’s daughter Lauren.
Jane announced her split from Gary live on Wednesday’s episode of Loose Women.
The Loose Women star said they decided to split a year ago but held off proceedings after her husband broke his leg.
The mum-of-two revealed they have decided to stay together for one last Christmas, and will move on in 2023.
Speaking live on air, Jane said: “So Gary and I are separating. But it’s weird that it’s out there [in public] because we’ve been processing it for about a year.”
“We’re both quite private people. We had discussed it last year… it was going to happen last year. And then he fell and broke his leg and, no, I didn’t push him,” Jane joked.
“Just want to put that out there. He fell and broke his leg. And obviously, then all bets are off.”
“So we were sort of we’re still in the same house together. We’re still going to do Christmas together,” adding that things were “amicable” between them.
“I have been sort of caring for him in that sense of the word. It’s enabled us to sort of segue to process it first of all, and to sort of segue nicely into a really good friendship.”
“I mean, I would always say, he is my best friend,” Jane gushed. “I hope if he was sitting here he would say, I’m his best friend, and I’m just very, very keen that we don’t lose that element of it, you know, so, yeah, so we’re still living together.”
“We’re still doing Christmas together and then in the new year, we’ll sell up. We’ll buy our own houses, hopefully, you know, near each other.”
