Kelly Osbourne has shared her controversial opinion on the weight loss drug Ozempic.
The 39-year-old admitted that she is a fan of Ozempic — even though her mother, Sharon Osbourne, has publicly slammed the drug.
The former X-Factor judge shared the harsh side effects she experienced while taking the drug whilst on the UK show The Talk.
In an interview with E! News, Kelly said: “I think it’s amazing and I think that it’s great for them,”
Walking the red carpet for Dolly Parton’s Pet Gala, she added: “There are a million ways to lose weight why not do it through something that isn’t as boring as working out.”
The television host then hit back at those who condemn non-diabetic users of the drug, claiming that they are jealous they can’t take the injection themselves.

Kelly said: “People hate on it because they want to do it and the people who hate on it the most are the people who are secretly doing it or pissed off that they can’t afford it.”
“Unfortunately, right now it’s something that is very expensive but it eventually won’t be because it actually works,” she added.
Kelly has been open throughout her life about her struggles with her weight and body image.
Last September, the mother-of-one confessed that she went “too far” trying to lose the weight she gained while pregnant with her son, Sidney.
Last December, she also opened up about wanting plastic surgery for Christmas despite her own mother’s warnings about how she got too much work done.
Sharon has also been candid about her use of Ozempic for weight loss purposes and admitted: “I was very sick for a couple of months,”
“The first couple of months, I just felt nauseous. Every day I felt nauseous, my stomach was upset, whatever.”
A few months after starting the drug, Sharon confessed that she weighed less than 100 pounds and felt “too gaunt.”
She told the Daily Mail: “I’m too gaunt, and I can’t put any weight on, I want to because I feel I’m too skinny.”
The 71-year-old also revealed that her husband Ozzy Osbourne was apprehensive about this quick-fix drug: “He thinks something is going to happen to me. It’s too good to be true.”
