Danica Taylor has slammed “nasty, vile behaviour”, after rumours swirled of a “feud” with two of this year’s Love Island contestants.
Last month, the Love Island 2022 star hinted that she may have had a romance with Tyrique Hyde.
At the time, one fan commented under one of her TikTok videos: “Lol tell them send you in and get Ty for yourself lol might be difficult cuz of Ella but you can do it,” to which she cryptically replied: “Like Ouzy for Ella, I’m a very familiar face haha.”
Danica also liked a comment about Tyrique’s girlfriend Ella Thomas, which read: “I don’t know why but I’m hoping you and Ty somehow get together. You won’t take no bulls**t and he’ll like that. Love Ella but she allows too much.”
After leaving the villa, Tyrique unfollowed Danica on Instagram, and rumours of a “feud” swirled in the Love Island community.
The Love Island 2022 contestant has since taken to her TikTok to slam the “nasty, vile” comments she’s been receiving online amid the “feud” reports.
The 22-year-old began: “The comments that I’ve been getting on my posts recently are actually noting short of bullying, and I think we need to talk about it.”
“I don’t usually come on here and do this because I get comments on the daily, but I’m getting attacked literally left, right and centre and like I said, this is turning into bullying and it’s just not nice to see as an individual. I’m only 22, and it’s ridiculous.”
“I don’t really wanna talk about the situation directly, I don’t wanna give it anymore attention. It’s been completely blown out of proportion and honestly, you guys will take anything and you will create a whole story out of it, and it’s actually really scary.”
“What I will say is I’ve never disrespected anybody, I’ve never spoken badly about anybody, I’ve never been nasty about anybody, and I’ve certainly never tried to cause any hate towards anybody.”
“I liked a couple of comments, and I also made a comment on a debrief while talking about the whole show. Not that I need to explain, but the only reason I liked those comments was to create a little bit of conversation around the fact that I might have known a contestant, and to basically potentially pave the way for me to go back on the show – as that was actually a conversation, but anyway.”
“Whatever has happened, whether I explain or not explain, does not warrant the nasty, vile behaviour that I’ve had given towards me,” Danica continued.
“I’ve had my character attacked, I’ve had people comment on my looks, tell me I’m not good enough, tell me I’ll never be as pretty as somebody, telling me that I’m desperate, embarrassing.”
“All I can say is I hope to God no women in your life, your mums, your cousins, your sisters, your aunts, your best friends, never ever are subject to such vile comments. So yeah, that’s all from me.”
“Yeah, stop it. It’s not on. Stop bullying people, stop bullying me. It’s not on.”

This situation was four weeks ago, disappointing i even have to call out such nasty behaviour. Never spoken about any female or encouraged nasty comments and I definitely dont want anyones man.
