Celebrity Big Brother winner David Potts takes a swipe at Louis Walsh

David Potts has taken a swipe at fellow Celebrity Big Brother housemate Louis Walsh.

The Ibiza Weekender star, 30, won the series reboot of Celebrity Big Brother last month.

He opened up about his relationship with the former X Factor judge in an interview on Good Morning Britain on Wednesday.

David was quizzed by hosts Ed Balls and Kate Garraway, and said the former Westlife manager gave the “first worst impression” after he nominated him for eviction.

The 30-year-old said: “Louis was a panto villain. It was all very tongue in cheek, wink wink, nudge nudge.”

“He [Louis] would say stuff to you then give you a wink. he was like a producer and a cast member because then he would say ‘You were good in that’.”

“I thought he was lovely though,” he added.

The reality star was then probed about exchanging numbers with the 71-year-old, after the two discussed doing so on the show.

He confessed they hadn’t yet, and joked: “I don’t want Louis to mither me.”

“I thought I would give it a few weeks.”

Louis has previously revealed he refused to swap numbers with his fellow finalist.

His gossiping ways were not left behind in the house, as he revealed to Hits Radio that he didn’t swap numbers with the show winner.

He said: “I didn’t give David my number – he’s a nice guy but he sings too much. I gave my number to Lauren and I loved Marisha. She’s a great girl…”

The former X Factor judge claimed he was the only genuine celebrity in the house, and said everyone else was just playing up to the cameras.

He said: “I was gobby, I told them what they wanted to hear. I wasn’t acting, I wasn’t playing, I wasn’t cooking! I was just sitting down watching everybody and they all wanted to win, they were all performing.”

“Except me. I didn’t mean to be bad to anybody… but I did give my opinion on everybody. That’s just the way I am!”
