Masterchef's Nick Munier reveals: 'I'd love to do more TV'

Masterchef Ireland star Nick Munier has revealed he wants to do more TV and Radio broadcasting.

The RTE personality said he would love to make a return to television.

“If the opportunity arise of course I’d love to,” he said.

The TV3 star compared the experience of being on TV to running a restaurant.

“I love the process of TV because its almost like working in a restaurant anyway-you’re performing.”

Nick also revealed himself and Simon Delaney have wrote a comedy for TV3.

“Myself and Simon have written a TV concept that we’ve approached TV3 with but obviously it’s all down to Budgetary requirements whether it can be made into a TV show or not,”

“That being said, the restaurant is my main concern,” Nickrevealed in relation to his new Temple Bar restaurant Avenue.

“It’s going very well. We’re very pleased with it and the feedback has been amazing,”

“I think there is a lot of competition and you have to think outside the of the box constantly”.

The half French man disclosed his future plans for the business is to launch the restaurant on social media sites.

“We’re looking at doing Youtube broadcasts-open our channel and showcase our dishes,” Nick told The Herald.
