Republic of Telly’s presenter Kevin McGahern has said it was ‘amazing’ working with different well known women on the show.
While Jennifer McGuire has been away on maternity leave, Republic of Telly has had a different female fill her shoes each week and Kevin joked “She’s raging” over her replacements.
“It’s been amazing, we worked with amazing women, Laura Whitmore, Angela Scanlon, Panti, Charlotte from Geordie Shore,” he told Goss.ie.

The comedian admitted he loved working with the Geordie lass who jetted into Dublin to film for the comedy show.
“She was a delight, she was great craic, she was a lot of fun and she’s willing to do whatever for a laugh, so it was really interesting and really fun,” he said.
Republic of Telly has wrapped for the Summer and will return to our screens in the Autumn and the TV presenter revealed he has not seen Jennifer since she gave birth to her daughter Florence in March.

“No I haven’t, she’s still housing it I suppose keeping it warm and safe,” he added.
In the meantime, Kevin has shows lined up for the summer and some TV projects he is working on.
“I’ve a couple of shows I’ll be working on, one of them is Reality Bites and the other is a return of an old comedy that I can’t really fully announce yet. I’ll be nicely busy,” he revealed.
