WATCH: James Patrice sums up 2020 with hilarious mock weather forecast

James Patrice has summed up 2020 in a hilarious mock weather forecast.

The social media star filmed a comedy sketch ahead of Storm Ellen’s arrival yesterday, sharing the clip with his 123k Instagram followers.

“Storm update,” he captioned the post adding: “What Met Éireann would REALLY like to say.”

“Good evening and welcome to Wednesday’s weather,” he addressed viewers, “The arrival of Storm Ellen has been seen as yet another devastating blow to what historians are describing as ‘the absolute ball of sh*te that is 2020.'”

“Met Éireann have issued a nationwide status ‘Stay at home you shower of w**kers’ weather warning.”

“The force of this evening’s rain is said to be similar to that of someone taking a subtle, yet incredibly powerful piss – while probably hungover after a feed of pints the night before.”

“When contacted for further comment, a MET Éireann official is alleged to have replied: ‘See you and your weather warning, I couldn’t give a b****x. 2020 is a write-off, go and ask my a***'”

Signing off on the viral skit, James said: “That’s it for this evening’s weather update. Stay safe. Slán agus beannacht.”

As the camera panned out, James appeared to be wearing a formal suit on the top half paired with rubber duck printed boxers on the bottom half.

Popular Irish influencers commented on the viral clip, with Louise Cooney writing: “James ????????????????????????????”, while Terrie McEvoy added: “’The absolute ball of shite that is 2020′????????????????”.

James recently appeared on an episode of Goss Chats, where he opened up about the shock of Dancing with the Stars being pushed back a year, playing his character Malahide Woman, being single during lockdown and more.
