Sinead O’Connor has insisted she wont be revealing all the scandalous details of her life in her new book.
The controversial singer is currently writing as-yet-unnamed autobiography but has remained coy about what she will discuss in it.
The Bray native is famous for her spats with celebs like Miley Cyrus and slamming the Catholic church but admitted that these topics will not make it into the book.
“The way it’s written, it’s a bit like the blog on my site. It’s written as if it’s a diary, as if it’s happening now and it’s all music-based pretty much,” she said.

“There will be the odd personal thing but I’m not writing about my family, or my boyfriends, there’ll be none of that.”
Meanwhile, Sinead also opened up about why she refuses to perform her famous song Nothing Compares 2 U on stage anymore.

“I actually can’t deliver a song except in the manner in which I’m trained, so once I lose any kind of emotional engagement I can’t deliver that song.”
