It looks like RTE comedy series Nowhere Fast is getting the boot.
The TV show premiered last winter, and it looks like the show won’t be returning for a second series.
Starring Irish comedian Alison Spittle, actress Cathy Belton and former Republic of Telly star Kevin McGahern, there isn’t much hope for season 2.
Speaking to RSVP Live, Kevin said he didn’t think the show was continuing.
“I don’t think so, I have heard that they are not bringing it back,” he told the publication.
“It is a big shame because I thought it went really well and I really enjoyed being in it.”
Kevin added that he really thought the show could do well.
“The three girls in the centre of it, Alison, Genevieve and Claire, were fantastic and they were really strong,” he said.
“I thought the show had a lot of potential, to be honest.”
An RTE spokesperson said that they won’t be commenting until the Autumn schedule is announced in August.
