Graham Norton has finally returned to his homeland of Ireland, and for no other reason than his mammy’s birthday.
The BBC One host celebrated the occasion last night in Cavan in Neven Maguire’s restaurant, MacNean’s.
Graham took to Twitter to thank Neven for making his mum’s birthday “truly special.”

Chef Neven wrote back to Graham insisting it was a pleasure having him at his restaurant and that he was a “gent”.
“It was a pleasure to have you wish you mum a very happy birthday what a special lady ! Thanks for visiting us your a gent,” he replied.
The restaurateur also shared a snap of the pair of them on Twitter, looking very happy indeed.
