Rugby star Brian O’Driscoll is swimming in cash – after revealing his company made €3.5million last year.
The Irish legend has been financially rewarded throughout the last year of his career – after profits soared from €339,705 in the previous 12 months.
Newly retired BOD, 35, saw his money pile boosted by €177,031 to €1.372million in his firm’s latest accounts.
And Amy Huberman’s husband could have cashed in as much as €400,000 from a series of investments – now seen to be worth €1.6million.

But he won’t be short of cash now either after signing a big-money deal to front rugby coverage on BT Sport.
BOD will also be contributing to Newstalk’s Off The Ball as well.
In 2001, O’Driscoll set up ODM & Promotions Ltd in a bid to capitalise on being such a marketable rugby player.
He will now benefit from a Government scheme which gives a 40% tax deduction on retired sport’s stars gross earnings from sports activity over a decade.
