Barry Keoghan supports girlfriend Sabrina Carpenter as she makes her Coachella debut

Barry Keoghan was spotted supporting his girlfriend Sabrina Carpenter on the first day of Coachella on Friday night.

In videos posted on social media, the Irish actor was seen watching her debut performance at the festival from an area in front of the stage.

The 31-year-old proudly filmed her set on his phone, and cheered her on in between songs.

The Dublin native was later spotted getting into a golf cart with Sabrina after her performance.

The Irish actor was first linked to the American singer in December, when they were papped out for dinner together in Los Angeles.

While they were first linked in December, they didn’t go public with their romance until February – when they were photographed packing on the PDA during a night out in Los Angeles.

Weeks before that, their romance was seemingly confirmed by the mother of Barry’s ex-girlfriend Alyson Sandro, who he shares his son Brando with.

In January, Alyson’s mother Kathy told MailOnline that Barry gave her the “heads up” about his new relationship before it hit headlines.

“They’re on talking terms and need to be for wee Brando,” she said. “Barry had the decency to give Alyson the heads up about his new girlfriend and we can’t fault him for that. Alyson is now focusing on herself and her son.”

During a recent interview with Cosmopolitan, Sabrina opened up about her “fun” and “messy” love life.

The 24-year-old revealed: “The relationships that I actually want to put my energy into have to be so interesting or invigorating because they take me away from the other things I love.”

“So yeah, it’s fun and it’s messy. I think I’m still just at this place where I’m really enjoying the newness of all of it.”

Sabrina also explained that her approach to relationships has changed a lot since she was younger.

“The one thing I always thought was, ‘Why would I date this person if I didn’t see myself marrying them?’ I just wouldn’t even put energy into it,” she said.

“But now I have a mentality that there are relationships that are meant to be in your life, even if it’s only for a couple of weeks.”
