Top Irish TV presenter Amanda Brunker has posted an honest snap to her Instagram feed.
The Former Miss Ireland posed naked to show of the results of her Tickle Liposuction procedure.
The columnist opened up about how she changed her lifestyle for the better, but struggled to shift certain areas of weight, which led her to choose the procedure.

 “Ok, I must be mad… but here is a before and after shot of my body. I feel a bit sick showing you my body before #TickleLiposuction – apart from not having any tan on, it reflects an old tired me,” she wrote.
“Last year I found myself quite sick, pains throughout my whole body, my insides didn’t work very well either. So I decided I need to make a change myself.”
“I improved my diet. Removed my old silver fillings. Started to eat and wash with organic products as much as I could.”
Amanda continued, saying that despite her improved lifestyle and weight loss, she was struggling with losing the weight from her back.
“I wanted to look the way I felt, and even though I had lost 20lbs, I couldn’t lose it off my back. So I treated myself to some #tickleliposuction – heck I was turning 45, what was I waiting for?”
She revealed that despite her obvious results, she is still only half way through the healing process.
Amanda has received a wave of praise for her real, open and honest post from fans, followers and friends.
