Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Foster has revealed she was shocked by his wedding to Jennifer Goicoechea.
The 45-year-old tied the knot to his longtime girlfriend in a ceremony in Vegas on Sunday.
The Yeah! singer met his ex-wife Tameka when she was working as his stylist in the early noughties.
In an interview with TMZ, Tameka revealed why she was surprised by the singer’s marriage to Jennifer Goicoechea.
The mother-of-two admitted: “I thought he’d been married. I don’t know. I stopped keeping up with that type of thing.”
“That’s like his second… third… I don’t know. I don’t even keep up with his personal,” she added.
However, Tameka insisted that all she cares about is that he is a good father to their two teenage sons, Usher ‘Cinco’ Raymond V, 16, and Navid Ely, 15.
“He’s a good dad. That’s what I care about,” she explained.
Tameka also commented on his recent Super Bowl halftime show earlier this week, and said: “He’s a dope performer, cause did y’all see the halftime show?”

Tameka and Usher began dating in 2005 and got engaged and married in 2007.
They welcomed their first son Usher ‘Cinco’ Raymond that year, followed by their younger son Navid Ely in 2008.
Usher filed for divorce from his former stylist in June 2009 in Atlanta, and the divorce was finalized before the end of the year.
The parents then continued to fight out over child custody for three years and in 2012 a judge awarded Usher primary custody of their two sons.
Usher is also father to two other children– daughter Sovereign Bo, three, and son Sire Castrello, two, whom he shares with his current wife Jennifer.
Usher and Jennifer tied the knot after his Super Bowl performance on Sunday, days after obtaining a marriage license in Las Vegas.
