Post Malone has announced the birth of his first child.
During an episode of The Howard Stern Show, the rapper subtly shared that he had become a dad, as he said that he “kissed” his “baby girl” before heading to the recording studio recently.
“That’s been on the QT [quiet] though? We didn’t know you had a daughter, right?,” Howard asked, to which the rapper affirmed the news.
Last month, the musician told PEOPLE that he was the “happiest [he’s] ever been” as he awaited the arrival of his baby.
“I’m excited for this next chapter in my life, I’m the happiest I’ve ever been, and for since I could remember I was sad,” he said. “Time to take care of my body and my family and friends, and spread as much love as we can every day.”
And during a recent interview with Zane Lowe, Post admitted he was “so pumped up” for fatherhood and was “going to be a hot dad.”

The singer also announced that his longterm girlfriend, whom he has never publicly identified, is now his fiancée.
The joyous news comes after Post announced an upcoming tour for his new album Twelve Carat Toothache, which was released on June 3.
