Kylie Jenner has received backlash for her latest promotional post on Instagram.
The beauty mogul, 22, posted an ad for vitamin tablets Sugarbear sleep gummies this weekend, and fans were not happy.
The Kardashian-Jenner clan have been criticised heavily in the past for promoting weight loss supplements and now Kylie’s follower’s aren’t too pleased to see the multi-millionaire promote vitamins, with many claiming she hasn’t even tried them.
Taking to Instagram, Kylie shared a video of her putting a tablet up to her mouth, writing: “I take 2 @SugarBearSleep gummies on the nights I need a little help to fall asleep #ad ???? They are vegan, cruelty free, and clinically proven!
These purple bear gummies are more than just melatonin. #SugarBearSleep!❤️”
But fans were quick to slam the mum-of-one in the comments section.
“We all know that stuff don’t work,” one follower wrote, “You are not even eating those kylie. You are rich stop doing this,” another added.
“I wonder how much the company pays for the Kardashians to sponsor this constantly ????,” another commented.
According to their website the new vitamin product “are an easy-to-use, scientifically formulated, vegan vitamin complex designed to help you sleep”.
The company adds that they are “formulated with Melatonin, the berry-flavored chewable gummies also include our proprietary Rest Well Blend consisting of Lemon Balm Leaf, Passion Flower, Valerian Root, and 5-HTP.”
