Andy Cohen has revealed we’ve been mispronouncing Khloé Kardashian’s name for years.
During an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the Bravo host confirmed the correct pronunciation of her name following a recent trip to Khloé’s house.
Andy said: “Yes, it’s Khlo-AY. Khlo-AY is the name, there’s a little accent over the name.”
The 52-year-old is currently promoting his new show ‘For Real: The Story of Reality TV’, which will feature the Kardashian-Jenner clan.
During a recent trip to Khloé’s house to interview the famous family members, Andy discovered people have been pronouncing her name wrong for years.
Andy explained: “So I went and interviewed the Kardashians at Khloé’s house… I walked in and I go, ‘Khlo-ay’ and the other women go, ‘Excuse me?’ And Kris [Jenner] said, ‘Yeah, that’s actually really how it’s pronounced.'”
“There’s a little thing on top of the name, why am I the only one that got that one? I got the memo.”
Andy continued: “It was a trip going to the Kardashians’ house. You’ve gotta go through all these gates. I had to get a COVID test before I went there.”
“I said, ‘Oh you want to give me the results of the COVID test?’ They said, ‘Go to Khloé’s and if the second gate opens, you’re negative.’ And the gate opened and I was like, ‘Alright, I don’t have COVID.'”
