Ed Sheeran wowed the crowd at a secret gig in Whelans last night.
The Thinking Out Loud star was gigging as part of an Australia Radio station Nova 919 competition of a lifetime.
The competition is part of a package where two lucky winners get to travel to four cities across the world to see four concerts.
“Our good friend @edsheeran is back in Whelan’s now! This time playing #NovasRedRoomGlobalTour @nova969,” a spokesperson tweeted.
Also in attendance was Eds good pal Eoghan McDermott who posted a number of videos of the star on stage.
Ed is playing two sold out gigs in Croke Park this weekend and will be supported by Gavin James and Bell X1. Â

The UK popstar is in town for a few days ahead of his headline gig in the GAA stadium where he will perform to roughly 180,000 people over two days.
The megastar is also reportedly dating former Fade St star Louise Johnston.Â
