This American Pie star has filed for a divorce from his wife after four years of marriage.
Seann William Scott is best known for his role as Stifler in the raunchy 1999 comedy.
The actor married interior designer Olivia Korenberg back in 2019 and cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split.
The couple share a three-year-old daughter, Frankie Rose who they welcomed in 2020.
In court documents obtained by People magazine, the couple appeared to have gone their separate ways last year.
The couple secretly split four months ago as the date of separation which appeared in the court filings was October 2, 2023.
It was reported that Seann requested joint legal and physical custody of their child, who was born in June 2020.
The 47-year-old sent fans into a frenzy earlier this month when he put his $4.9 million Californian home on the market.
The property boasted five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
It was also reported that Seann asked that they divide their assets according to their prenuptial agreement.
The former contract protects Olivia from taking his Hollywood earnings from before, during and after their marriage.
The father-of-one has also reportedly asked that they both be responsible for their own attorney fees.
The “Dude Where’s My Car” star has reportedly agreed to grant financial support to Olivia.
The filing also revealed that the couple’s date of separation was October 2, 2023.
In 2012, Seann was previously engaged to Victoria’s Secret model Lindsay Frimodt however they went their separate ways in January 2013.
