Liam Gallagher was reportedly questioned by the police over allegedly assaulting his girlfriend, Debbie Gwyther.
Footage of the 46-year-old reportedly assaulting Debbie outside a London restaurant was leaked by The Sun in August.
The singer took to social media to deny the allegations on 25th August, as he stated: “Firstly I have never put my hands on any woman in a vicious manner Secondly there is only 1 witch and we all know who that is as you were LG x”

Debbie also denied the claims as she stated that it was “fake news” on Instagram.
According to The Mirror, a spokesperson for the Met Police stated: “Officers are aware of footage of an incident consistent with assault believed to have taken place in August 2018.”
“The footage has been assessed and enquiries will be made into the circumstances. On Wednesday, 25 September a man attended a central London police station where he was interviewed under caution.”
“No specific allegations have been received at this time. There have been no arrests and enquiries continue,” the statement concluded.
