Jeremy McConnell has opened up about the extent of his cocaine addiction.
The former big brother contestant was reportedly rushed to hospital in Poland for emergency surgery to rebuild his septum after years of drug abuse.
He is not long out of prison, where he was locked up 23 hours a day, but he has sworn to stay clean in attempt to be part of his son’s life.
Speaking to The Sun he explained how paranoid cocaine made him.
“There were times when I would get £200, shove it up my nose and do double barrelled lines. We used to call them the M50 after the motorway in Dublin.”
“If I do a line I’m paranoid to f*ck. I’m so paranoid I’ll be looking under the door and out of the blinds. I think the cleaners are hit-men. I think I’ll get a bullet off a cleaner.”
The 27-year-old served time in prison for assaulting his then partner, former Hollyoaks star, Stephanie Davis.
She is the mother of his 1-year-old son Caben who he hasn’t seen in over 7 months.
He was under the influence of cocaine when he attacked his ex-girlfriend.
Stephanie is not happy about his intentions to be part of his son’s life.
Jeremy has only given up drugs and not drink.
