AJ Pritchard has reunited with his Strictly Come Dancing family, while he showed off his bruise-free face and even claimed the attack gave him “some character”.
The professional dancer and his brother, Curtis, were injured in a vicious attack at a local nightclub over the Christmas, which resulted in them both taking breaks from their dancing jobs.
But now AJ has returned to the Strictly Come Dancing tour rehearsals, with fellow star, Dianne Bushwell.
On Dianne’s Instagram Story, she asked the 24-year-old how he was feeling, to which he replied: “I’m good, yeah, I’m good. Bruising is gone, thank God. Gave me some character.”
Dianne continued to praise his recovery by saying: “AJ is A-OK. He is good. Look at that face. Beautiful… He is better than ever.”
The Strictly star recently confirmed that he would be touring with his fellow dancers on the BBC Breakfast show: “The support has been overwhelming. Yes, I will be going on tour and I have my own tour.”
While AJ is back to work, Curtis has undergone surgery on his knee and hopes to return to Dancing With The Stars Ireland with a speedy recovery.
