Roz Purcell is sticking to her healthy eating while on a charity trip to Mexico, but had to bring her own wholesome snacks to keep it up.
The former Miss Universe Ireland took to Instagram to show off what she’ll be snacking on, mainly cereal bars and fruit, as she admitted she wouldn’t touch the majority of foods they have on offer in Mexican supermarkets.
“Mexican supermarkets are crazy, I’ve never seen so many processed foods in all of my days,” she said.
However, having to bring her own food to stick to her strictly natural diet won’t stop Roz from enjoying her trip with the charity World Vision, describing the experience as “incredible”.
“I’ve been here since Tuesday and it’s been incredible.”
“On Tuesday we went two hours outside Mexico City to visit one of the schools World Vision works with here.”

The Natural Born Feeder creator also revealed that she used to live in Mexico before, as well as some other areas in South America, although she still doesn’t speak the language.
“I actually lived here before and in Ecuador, Puerto Rico and Columbia but I still don’t speak a word of Spanish,” she told the Herald.
Roz’s Natural Born Feeder cookbook is due for release in the New Year.
