Model Roz Purcell has revealed how cooking has become “therapy” to her – and boyfriend Bressie isn’t invited to join in.
The ex-Miss Universe Ireland, 24, said she goes “crazy” if she spends a day without getting busy in the kitchen.
“I cook and bake every single day. I kind of feel like it’s almost a therapy for me because if I don’t get to cook or bake, I’m like crazy,” she said.

“My boyfriend knows not to come into the kitchen when I’m cooking, so he doesn’t help me cook.”
However Bressie does give her some inspiration for her recipes.
“A lot of the time my inspiration comes from my sister or my boyfriend saying ‘I would love to have a healthy version of Ferrero Rocher’ or something like that.
“A lot of it is dares as well, people often say to me, ‘I bet you can’t make a healthy version of that’ but I try to think outside the box and see what hasn’t been done before.”

She added: “Who wouldn’t love to have their own baking show on TV, especially if you’re someone like me and you love creating new recipes and getting people into the kitchen.”
