Louis Walsh has said he regrets ever working with Jedward, and now the pair have hit back.
The Mayo man famously put through John and Edward Grimes to the X Factor finals back in series six but now he says working with them was embarrassing.
When asked by Woman’s Own magazine what the most embarrassing moment of his career was, Louis replied: “Working with Jedward and putting them through on The X Factor.
“I’m definitely not in touch with them anymore,” he added.

However speaking to Goss.ie at the launch of the Diana Award Anti-Bullying campaign,  Jedward said they “survived” bullying in the past with an “ex-manager” and joked that he won’t be a problem anymore.
“I think me and John out of anybody, we’re like survivors from negative press or bullying or ex-managers or anything,” they said.
“We are always striving forward, he’ll be in the old people’s home soon so it’s all good.”
