Doireann Garrihy sets her sights on next year’s Dancing With The Stars

The social media star wants to win the Glitterball trophy

Doireann Garrihy has her sights set on next year’s Dancing With The Stars.

The radio presenter’s sister Aoibhin made it to the final of the show last year, but lost out to GAA star Aidan O’Mahony.

Now, Doireann plans to get justice for her big sister by becoming the first ever female to win the series in 2019.

Speaking to the Irish Sun, Doireann said, “I’d love to do it. If I was asked, I think I’d have to.”

Aoibhin added, “She’s got good rhythm. She was a Billy Barry Kid,” before Doireann joked, “Yes, but I never got any of the good parts because I was too chubby.”

Doireann went on to say, “I’d like to do Dancing With The Stars for revenge for that, and justice for Aoibhin.”

“I’d also like to be the first female winner. It’d be great fun, I would love to do it,” she added.
