<\/p>\nThe 2016 American Music Awards had a host of famous faces performing and accepting awards – and competition was tough.<\/p>\n
Our very own Niall Horan performed his debut single on the night and even reunited with his old bandmate Zayn Malik who took home New Artist Of The Year.<\/p>\n
The biggest award of the night was Artist Of The Year, and Ariana Grande took home the top prize beating Justin Bieber, Beyonce and Drake.<\/p>\n

Another huge win was Justin Bieber who took home Video Of The Year for his hit song Sorry – and the Canadian also won Male Artist Of The Year.<\/p>\n
Recently split couple Drake and Rihanna also had a big win together for Favourite R&B Song with their hit Work and they each\u00a0took home over three awards on the night.<\/p>\n
