&#8220;like a servant&#8221; while they were dating.<\/p>\n<p>In his book William and Catherine, author Andrew Morton claims that a friend of Kate&#8217;s said that her circle of pals did not like their relationship.<\/p>\n<p>\u201dDuring her time with William she upset a lot of friends by not making the effort to see them,\u201d the book claims.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_108661\"
