It looks like the Queen has a soft spot for Prince Harry’s fianc\u00e9e Meghan Markle.<\/p>\n

In a break from royal tradition, the bride-to-be was invited to\u00a0Sandringham to spend Christmas with the royal family back in December – and now, it’s been revealed that Meghan enjoyed an “intimate” lunch with Queen Elizabeth II on Mother\u2019s Day.<\/p>\n

The 91-year-old has been making the effort to spend time with Meghan, who is set to wed Prince Harry on May 19.<\/p>\n

The intimate lunch came just a day before Meghan made her first public appearance alongside the Queen at the Commonwealth Day Service at Westminster Abbey.<\/p>\n

According to ABC News,\u00a0Buckingham and Kensington Palaces declined to comment on the lunch, but it is understood that the Queen was at Windsor on Sunday.<\/p>\n
