They’re co-starring in new movie Anthropoid so Jamie Dornan and Cillian Murphy have been teaming up for press junkets.
And as if seeing two of our favourite Irish stars together wasn’t enough of a treat, this new interview for Huffington Post Live is sure to be a winner with fans
During the interview (about 16 minutes in), the reporter chats to Jamie about the Fifty Shades of Grey movie trilogy, in which he stars as bondage-loving billionaire Christian Grey, and tells him that his 93-year-old grandmother recently started reading the books.
Cillian and Anthropoid director Sean Ellis cannot hide their reactions as the pair start laughing and a “Jesus Christ” is clearly heard coming from one of them.
Poor Jamie could not look more uncomfortable and he says “fair play” to the grandmother before trying to get off the topic as quickly as possible.
He’s back: Jamie will play bondage-loving billionaire Christian Grey in two more movies
Anthropoid, directed by Ellis, tells the true story of Operation Anthropoid – the mission to kill the head of SS Reinhard Heydrich aka ‘The Butcher of Prague’, also known as one of the main architects of the Holocaust.
Jamie and Cillian play Jan Kubis and Josef Gabcík, the real-life soldiers from Czechoslovakia’s army-in-exile who were sent to assassinate the German Nazi.
