TV3 weather presenter Deric O’hArtagain has found himself a very famous Hollywood fan.
Star Trek legend William Shatner seems to watch TV3’s weather forecasts in his spare time and tweeted his love for Deric’s fashion sense.
“You are the Zoolander of weather forecasters,” the legendary actor wrote.

Deric is known for his colourful fashion sense and was chuffed with his A-list shout-out.
“Made my day William Shatner. Come share my blue screen in Ireland anytime. A warm Zoolander welcome awaits,” he wrote.
In honour of the famous actor complimenting his fashion sense, Deric has promised to wear a rather unique outfit on tonight’s broadcast.
“In honour of William Shatner, I’m streamlining a classic Star Trek look on-air later! Can anyone assist with costume?”
