It’s been revealed reality TV star Nicola Hughes only knew a week before filming started she was going to be on Made in Chelsea.
The 25-year-old apparently had only a week’s notice before she started work on her television debut in Barbados.
A show insider told Goss.ie: “Nicola was bricking it before this weeks Made in Chelsea episode, she was only told one week before they started shooting that she was going to be featured on the show.”

“Filming began just a few weeks after Christmas so she was glad she was looking after her figure – she was literally starving herself before cameras started rolling,” the source added.
The blonde bombshell has been making quite the stir on the season première of the hit E4 show in the Caribbean as her reality TV beau Alex Mytton gushed about her, making his ex-girlfriend Binky very unhappy.
However the star is clearly becoming a major feature in season nine of the programme as she missed her flight back to Dublin this week because of a tight filming schedule.

“Nicola was only in Dublin for few hours, she originally missed her flight because filming went on late for the show,” the insider said.
On a flying visit back to the homeland, Nicola was heading straight back to London to watch the second episode of the BAFTA winning programmes tonight with all the cast including Alex’s ex Binky.
“She’s flying right back to watch the second episode with the whole cast tonight and Binky will be there,” the source told Goss.ie.
