Taking a selfie may help you win Miss Universe Ireland this year as the beauty pageant have announced a competition for girls all over the country to take part in.
This years contest will have a wildcard entry chosen from selfies taken using the #MissUniverseIreland hashtag.
Entries must take the snap in natural light with no filter to be considered for the contest.

The lucky winner will be announced on July 1 and will be in with a chance of taking home the Miss Universe Ireland crown.
Former Miss Universe Ireland Roz Purcell has lended her face to the wildcard competition, posing for her own #NoFilter selfie.
The Tipperary native has taken over the running of the show from model boss Andrea Roche, after winning the contest herself back in 2010.

After winning the crown Roz was quickly snapped up by Donald Trump’s modelling agency and moved to New York.
Now using her pageant expertise, Roz has been busy promoting this years contest and helped crown Cailin Tobin as this years Miss Universe Cork over the weekend.
