In Selling the City, a fresh group of driven agents is prepared to take over New York City!
Eleonora Srugo’s “no-nonsense, kicka**” Douglas Elliman agents are the subject of the new Netflix documentary series.
The show will premiere on January 3 and was produced by the same team that brought us Selling Sunset and Selling the OC.

They will battle for multimillion-dollar listings, deal with personal drama, and attempt to forge their own path in this “cutthroat world,” as Netflix describes it in the first trailer above.
The ringleader of the show and a major force in Manhattan real estate is Eleanora Srugo. She was their top-ranked agent in 2023 and produced the top NYC sale of the year for Douglas Elliman in 2024 (for $75 million).
The native New Yorker will try to put together her own team of elite agents in the first season of the show, which consists of eight episodes.

In a statement to PEOPLE, executive producer and creator Adam DiVello, who also created Selling Sunset, hinted at what viewers might anticipate from the upcoming program: “Much like The Hills was to The City, this show will take viewers across the country and showcase the ultra luxury real estate, fashion and of course relationships that are inherently unique to NYC. I can’t wait for you all to see it and fall in love with the city.”
