Selena Gomez has come out in support of Ariana Grande, following the public opinion on her relationship with Ethan Slater.
The actress had nothing but encouraging words about the Wicked actress after Ariana spoke out about gossip surrounding her love life.
The couple reportedly began dating in 2023 after meeting on the set of Wicked.
Selena showed support for the actress by responding to an Instagram post quoting Ariana from an interview with Vanity Fair.
The post read: “It definitely doesn’t get any easier, seeing some of the negaicity that was birthed, of course I went though a lot of life changes during this movie.”
“A lot of people that we were working on it did; we were away for two years.”

According to TMZ, the songstress struck up a romance with the actor who plays Boq in the film adaptation of the Broadway musical earlier this year.
The actor is well-known in the Broadway scene and landed a Tony Award nomination for his role in the stage production of SpongeBob Squarepants.
Sources claimed they had been dating for several months, but they started seeing each other after Ariana split from her husband, Dalton Gomez, in January.
The singer’s split from Dalton hit headlines in July after TMZ reported that they had secretly split in January.
The former Nickelodeon star married the realtor in a “tiny and intimate” ceremony at their home in Montecito on May 15, 2021
