Meghan Markle confirms her return to screens in new Netflix show after rejoining Instagram

Meghan Markle has confirmed she will return to our screens in her brand new Netflix series.

On Thursday, the Duchess of Sussex shared the trailer for her new lifestyle show, With Love, Meghan, on her newly launched Instagram.

Meghan captioned the post: “I have been so excited to share this with you! I hope you love the show as much as I loved making it.”

“Wishing you all a fantastic new year! Thanks to our amazing crew and the team @netflix. Beyond grateful for the support — and fun! As ever, Meghan.”

The show, set for release on January 15th, is described as an “inspiring series, produced by Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, that reimagines the genre of lifestyle programming, blending practical how-to’s and candid conversation with friends, new and old.”

“Meghan shares personal tips and tricks, embracing playfulness over perfection and highlights how easy it can be to create beauty, even in the unexpected. She and her guests roll up their sleeves in the kitchen, the garden, and beyond, and invite you to do the same.”

In the trailer, Meghan is seen cooking in the kitchen, collecting honey from a beehive, and hosting a mix of friends and celebrity guests, including her husband Prince Harry.

“I’ve always loved taking something pretty ordinary and elevating it,” she says in the clip. “Surprising people with moments that let them know I was really thinking of them.”

The 8-episode series will feature a host of her famous friends, including actress Mindy Kaling, her former Suits co-star Abigail Spencer, her longtime makeup artist Daniel Martin, Tracy Robbins (wife of Paramount CEO Brian Robbins), literary agent and Godmothers Bookstore co-founder Jennifer Rudolph Walsh, Tatcha founder Vicky Tsai, co-founder of Allience of Moms Kelly McKee Zajfen, and photographer Delfina Blaquier, the wife of polo star Nacho Figueras, a close friend of Prince Harry’s.

The series is a collaboration between Meghan and Prince Harry’s Archewell Productions and The Intellectual Property Corporation, a division of Sony Pictures Television.

In 2022, the couple released their documentary series Harry & Meghan with the streaming platform, which debuted with 81.55 million viewing hours.

Meghan and Harry signed a multiyear deal with Netflix, reported to be worth $100 million, after they stepped back as senior working royals in 2020.
