Kanye West denies he ‘hired fixer to follow’ Bianca Censori and ‘investigate’ The Kardashians

Kanye West has denied he “hired fixer to follow” wife Bianca Censori and “investigate” The Kardashian family via a representative.

Last week it was reported that Kanye West’s marriage to Bianca Censori had hit the rocks.

In January 2023, TMZ reported that the couple had celebrated their love in a private ceremony – just two months after the rapper finalised his divorce from Kim Kardashian.

However, TMZ has since reported that the pair have parted ways, and may be considering a divorce.

Bianca has reportedly jetted back to Australia to be with her family, while the rapper, 47, has been spending time in Tokyo, Japan.

Their marriage date is listed as December 20, 2022 – one month after he finalised his divorce from his ex-wife Kim.

Now, a former employee of the 47-year-old rapper, is suing Kanye in a lawsuit that was filed on Thursday.

The employee alleged that Kanye gave him orders to hire private detectives to “tail” Bianca Censori while she was travelling and made other allegedly unlawful requests.

“Many of the details in his complaint are simply fantastical and false,” a representative for Kanye told Page Six on Friday.

The representative added that the rapper is also accused of misusing nitrous oxide in the case but said it, “is designed to cause embarrassment and/or capitalise on perceived problems in Ye’s marriage.”

According to the lawsuit obtained by Rolling Stone, John Doe was tasked with maintaining nondisclosure agreements (NDAs), conducting investigations, and limiting Kanye’s risks and bad press.

Additionally, John Doe alleged that private investigators followed Bianca Censori on Kanye’s orders as part of his investigations.

The investigations were directed towards Bianca Censori and the Kardashian family, which includes Kim Kardashian, West’s ex-wife.

The 22 page lawsuit filed in LA reads: “A particularly notable task by Ye was to have Doe hire private investigators to follow and ‘tail’ his wife, Bianca Censori, when she was traveling alone to visit family in Australia, without Ms. Censori’s knowledge.”

According to John Doe, Kanye started displaying “erratic behaviour” in May.

This included allegedly firing a “large majority of the Yeezy leadership,” which included former chief of staff Milo Yiannopoulos, who also claimed that the rapper was addicted to nitrous oxide, and spending $850,000 on a pair of titanium teeth.

John Doe’s attorney Ronald Zambrano told the publication: “My client believes there is a direct correlation between the nitrous oxide and the increase in paranoia and siege mentality that ended up happening in that timeframe that Doe worked for West.”

“There were internal concerns about the amount of nitrous oxide that was being delivered to his house.”

The lawsuit alleges John Doe’s job terminated in mid-May after he received a call from a teacher at Donda Academy, “regarding safety concerns they had about some of the students.”

Following his report of the alleged conversation to the Yeezy leadership, John Doe said Kanye “almost immediately called Doe to yell, curse and threaten Doe with great bodily injury, including death, if Doe repeated what Doe learned from the Donda employee.”

The lawsuit claims: “[Doe] experienced panic attacks, anxiety, and severe emotional distress, which caused him to seek medical treatment and was placed in a facility to address his declining mental health.”

John Doe is suing West for many labour law violations, emotional suffering, and retribution.

In addition to attorneys’ fees and general and punitive damages that will be decided at trial, the plaintiff is requesting reimbursement for unpaid wages.
